Gerald Dalton

Gerald Dalton has been a real estate investor for over 20 years.  Gerald is a “Top Producer”, receiving the Circle of Excellence Award every year he has been a licensed realtor.  Gerald specializes in working with investors, buyers, and sellers, and has a wide network of relationships in and out of the real estate business.  He is a skilled negotiator and innovative thinker which enables him to work hard for his clients while thinking outside the box.  Among his many interests are biking, water skiing, dirt biking and spending time with his large family.  Gerald and his wife Jessica have been married for 24 years and are enjoying their three grandchildren.  Gerald believes that life is full of opportunities.  Like the inventor Alexander Graham Bell said, “When one door closes, another opens, but we often look so regretfully upon the closed door that we don’t see the one that has opened for us.”
