Full Time Buyers
Specialists:
Our Buyers Specialists work one-on-one with
prospective buyers. They coordinate and
organize showings on all of the listing that the
Hughes Real Estate Group has, and also work with
buyers moving from the local area as well as those
home buyers relocating from out of town.
Full Time Listing Agent: Our Listing Agent works with and coordinates all
of our transactions with sellers.
Transaction Coordinator: Our Transaction Coordinator works with every
transaction that comes through our office, both with
sellers and buyers. In order to allow for a
smooth transaction, she coordinates all appointments
with our clients, the title company, the lender, etc
and also re-evaluates each file on a regular basis
to make sure that it is complete and all of the
paperwork is in order.
Experienced Marketing Expert: Our Marketing Expert works with all of the
properties listed with the Hughes Real Estate Group.
She creates, manages and updates all feature sheets
for all properties, creates all advertisements for
Harmon Homes, Realtor Delivery and the Idaho
Statesman, and also manages all marketing materials
used for our property listings.
Relocation Expert/Specialist: Our Relocation Expert is in constant contact
with over 3100 prospective buyers located across the
country. Her main mission is to provide them
with the information to fit their specific needs.
Upon their arrival to the Boise area, she
coordinates and schedules their time with a selling
agent.
Runner/Office Assistant: Our office assistant is around the help with any
projects that need completed. She runs most of
our office errands for us including moving
paperwork, dropping off keys, etc. Her
assistance is the office ensures that tasks are done
quickly and efficiently.
