Lynn Vaughan is an
Associate Broker with Hughes Real Estate Group.
Lynn offers comprehensive services in residential
resale and new construction, as well as specializing
in the areas of relocations, first-time home buying,
and foreclosure and investment properties. Lynn’s
varied career experiences have enabled her to excel
as a software engineer for Hewlett Packard, an
alpine ski instructor at Squaw Valley, a home
educator of her 3 children, a real estate investor,
and now as an Associate Broker. Lynn came to Idaho
in 1999 with the dream of living the Idaho life by
experiencing all that Idaho has to offer with its
breathtaking mountains and endless
outdoor
activities. Always excited to help her clients
realize their own dreams of living the Idaho life,
Lynn brings a positive, enthusiastic attitude to her
efforts on their behalf. She upholds the highest
standards of integrity in professional conduct. She
is tenacious in negotiating for her clients’ best
interests. Her persistence and attention to detail
is unsurpassed. Lynn is continually expanding her

In the winter, when she’s not
working, you will find Lynn with her family
searching for that white fluffy stuff on the ski
slopes. In the summer, you will find her perfecting
her Dutch oven cooking skills over a smoldering
campfire or navigating a pristine mountain lake in
her canoe.
